Season One workouts starting Monday October 5th at 5:35PM

 Monday and Wednesday

 

5:35 – 6:40PM in the gym

 6:45 – 7:30PM weight room

 

 Tuesday and Thursday (in the gym)

 

 5:35 – 7:00PM 

 

 

 Friday off

 

 Saturday (1st and 3rd Saturday of the month)

12 – 2:30 extra optional workout

 

(Come early if possible for check in and please ask parents, guardians, and rides to allow a 5 to 10 minute “grace period” with starts and endings of practice ,we will do the best we can to finish on time but there will be some situations that come up that are out of our control. Please make sure you have all proper equipment and gear needed for workouts (water, shoes, hoodie/jacket/long sleeves, and mask!)
